Information you provide

We may receive your name, contact details, learning goals, booking information, messages and any information you choose to include in a review or translation enquiry.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide services, manage payments and cancellations, and publish reviews when permission has been given.

Other services

WhatsApp, PayPal, Google Calendar and Netlify process information under their own privacy policies. Payment-card information is handled by PayPal and is not stored on this website.

Reviews

A submitted review is not automatically displayed. If published, only the review and authorised name will be shown. Email addresses are not published.

Keeping information

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can contact Pavlo or Olena through the WhatsApp buttons on the main website to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion where applicable.
